Micah Michelle Richards

Micah Michelle Richards, 50, passed away on January 19, 2024, in Yukon, OK. She was born on January 14, 1974, to Raymond and Karen Ramos, in Hobbs, N.M. Micah grew up and attended school in Lovington, N.M., graduating high school in 1992. She later graduated from the University of Southern Nevada in 2009. On August 21, 2016, she married the love of her life, Michael Richards, in Eunice, N.M. Micah enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. Micah will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Survivors include her husband: Michael Edward Richards, Carnegie, OK; children: John Taylor Garrett, Haley Rose Garrett and Brennan Christopher Tempia; 10 grandchildren’ mother, Karen Simpkins, Hobbs, N.M.; siblings: Monica, Brett, Shannon, Michael and John; and grandmother, Rose Hooper, Eunice, N.M.

She was preceded in death by her father, Raymond Ramos.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m., Wednesday, January 24, 2024, at Ray & Martha's Funeral Home in Carnegie, OK. Visitation was from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, January 23, 2024, at Ray & Martha's Funeral Home in Carnegie, OK.

Services were under the direction of Ray & Martha's Funeral Home, Carnegie, OK.
